Scottish. Independent. Uncompromising.

Faclan Production is a Scottish independent production company founded to develop and produce distinctive drama and documentary for the most ambitious broadcasters and streaming platforms in the world.

The company's name comes from the Scottish Gaelic for word — the belief that what is said, and how it is said, and who is trusted to say it, matters.

Faclan develops projects that are rooted in specific places, specific people, and specific truths — and ambitious enough to travel far beyond them.
